BLE was established in 2015 by the Avery Family as a way to celebrate the life of Nate Avery.

Nate was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. He went on to become a talented and gifted neurosurgeon and returned to Flagstaff in 2001 to practice. His adventurous spirit and quirky nature brought happiness to all who knew him. Nate was a kind man who gave selflessly to the community.

Nate’s favorite saying after any adventure was “that was the best day ever!” In Nate’s honor and to continue his philosophy, the Best Life Ever Flagstaff was formed. Through BLE random acts of kindness can continue making a difference in the lives of others.

Nate believed in the goodness of others and that each of us has the potential to live our best live ever. Sometimes, it just takes a little help, involvement, or simple act to bring about change and open the door for someone. Those of us involved with BLE have seen the results on many occasions and invite you to join us in our efforts.
